an epic night with your best friends. Are you feeling Lamb Chops or Grilled

Here at Lourie Lodge we pride ourselves in customer experience, this includes our
friendly welcoming staff and 5 star A LA Carte menu. Let us introduce you to our
chef Ntombi Khoza who is driven by the unconditional desire to always present
something tasty to our guests and chefs love to mix ingredients, explore new recipes,
create and test new food concoctions, who is constantly experimenting with new
recipes and flavours. This is one outstanding woman who is passionate about food,
so we decided to get personal and ask a few questions:

Chef Ntombi Khoza

Why did you decided to become a chef?

“I grew up watching my father cook, he was a chef which inspired me to be the chef
that I am today.”

Is there a chef you admire and why?

“Joseph Vheremu is the chef that I admire, he is free to share ideas and new
recipes.”

How long have you been a chef at Lourie Lodge?
“I have been at Lourie Lodge since February 2020 until now.”

What is your favourite cuisine to cook?

“My favourite dish is chicken curry, come to Lourie Lodge and taste, you will keep
returning for this delish dish.”
